These include the necessary items to keep your guests comfortable, items such as, bed sheets, towels, wash cloths, utensils, soap dispensers, hangers, etc. You most likely have these items in place already and we will inspect the home once you join the program to ensure that all the required essentials are in place and are in acceptable working order before your first guest arrives. Certain items that are one use or disposable will be covered by us, items such as body wash, shampoo, conditioner, dish soap, hand soap, paper towels and toilet paper. These items will be refilled after every guest visit.
The ultimate goal is to have your guests enjoy their stay enough to want to come back over and over. There are things that you can do as an owner to greatly improve your chances for return visits. Let us do the shopping for you. We require 3 turns of linen for the home. This will give us the availability to turn your home quickly to maximize your potential revenue. We will check the inventory you currently have and make sure that you have everything. If not, we will order the missing linens and charge that to you. We also use specific soap dispensers for every unit in each bath and kitchen. This will give your guests enough supplies for their stay and reduce waste vs the individual soaps from the past.
