Make your unit more inviting...

As the owner, you obviously want to keep your investment in the best possible condition and so do we.  We have put together a list of required items to be on our program.  These include the necessary items to keep your guests comfortable, items such as, bed sheets, towels, wash cloths, utensils, soap dispensers, hangers, etc.  You most likely have these items in place already and we will inspect the home once you join the program to ensure that all the required essentials are in place and are in acceptable working order before your first guest arrives.  Certain items that are one use or disposable will be covered by us, items such as body wash, shampoo, conditioner, dish soap, hand soap, paper towels and toilet paper.  These items will be refilled after every guest visit.  

The ultimate goal is to have your guests enjoy their stay enough to want to come back over and over.  There are things that you can do as an owner to greatly improve your chances for return visits and that give that extra touch.  We have created a list of items that will make your home more like home to your guest.  Items such as, artificial plants, custom signage, wall art, updated fixtures, suggestion cards, etc.   The little attention to detail will be noticed by your guest and will not only increase the potential for return guest but will also raise your guest review rating.  The higher the rating, the better chance your home will be selected by potential new guests.  Let us help you make your home the number one choice on their list.
