we truly appreciate tenants who take pride in staying on top of their responsibilities — and we want to reward that!
Starting this year, all long-term tenants who pay their rent on time each month — meaning rent is paid in full and within the 5-day grace period — will automatically be entered into our quarterly On-Time Rent Rewards drawing.
Each quarter, we’ll randomly select one eligible tenant household to win that quarter’s prize. The winner will get to choose from a selection of available gifts, and we’ll have the prize delivered directly to their home at no cost.
But that’s not all…
Tenants who pay rent on time every single month for the entire year will also be entered into our Year-End Grand Prize Drawing, featuring a larger prize selection as our way of saying thank you for being consistent, responsible, and dependable all year long.
